Management Team
Esty brings to Shutafut over 20 years of
experience in various human resource aspects including management,
consultancy and executive search. Before establishing Shutafut, Esty served for over seven years at Emda Group. At her last poisiton there she served as the General Manager of the Executive Search unit. During
1995-1998 Esty served as an organizational consultant at Ofer-Arieli
- a leading strategic consulting firm. Prior to that, she was HR director
of Technomatix. Esty holds a MA in Social Psychology and a BA in Sociology
and Political Science both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Nirit has 20 years of experience in senior level recruitment. In her last position, Nirit served as head of recruiting at the Israeli office of Apax Partners - one of the leading global venture capital and private equity groups. Prior to Apax, Nirit was a partner at TopTech - an executive search company.
During 1993-1996 Nirit served at the Israeli embassy to the EU in Brussels, Belgium. Nirit also served as an organizational consultant with leading Israeli firms.
Nirit holds a MSc in Behavioral Sciences from the Technion - Israeli Institute of Technology and a BA in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
